We are seeking experienced and capable culinary professionals to take the lead in galley operations onboard vessels.

 

Role Overview:
As a key member of the onboard team, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the galley and overseeing all aspects of meal preparation
• Planning menus, managing food stocks, and ensuring hygiene standards
• Preparing nutritious, high-quality meals for multinational crews
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness in line with maritime health regulations

Who Should Apply:

 

• Experienced culinary professionals with a strong background in shipboard or remote-site catering
• Proven ability to lead a galley independently and manage provisioning
• Holders of valid maritime and food safety certifications (e.g., STCW BST, Ship’s Cook Certificate)
• Individuals who thrive under pressure and understand the importance of crew wellbeing through proper nutrition

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for candidates with:

• Relevant maritime certifications and qualifications. Compliant with the STCW Code
• Certificate of competency / proficiency 
• Proven experience in respective role.
• A strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• The ability to work in dredging and offshore industries for extended periods of time
